Delivery Methods & Processing Time: We use Poslaju, Ninja Van, and J&T Express for local deliveries. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday), and delivery takes an additional 1-2 business days.
International Shipping: Currently unavailable. We are working on it and will announce when available.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: Valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation) is required for all exchanges.
Reasons for Exchange:
- Bottle defects
- Wrong perfumes/scents received
Exchange Process:

- Provide your order number and reason for exchange.
Inspection: The returned product will be inspected to ensure it meets the exchange criteria.
Shipping Costs:
- First purchase (2 bottles or more): Free shipping for exchanges.
- Subsequent exchanges: Customer covers shipping (RM 8 for Peninsular Malaysia, RM 14 for East Malaysia).
Timeline: Exchange completed within 7-10 working days after inspection.
Exceptions: We reserve the right to evaluate exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
